When we have visited the building we have used the road from Dolly Lane to access the building (shown yellow on the site plan). To the south east of the building is a rectangular sloping area of land suitable for development with its own access onto Dolly Lane. There are substantial retaining walls between this land and Roseville Way. This is at a higher level than the yard at the rear of the building.
